An article from the reporter in South Africa (which is by the way an interesting news site, entirely written by its readers) reminded me of this special google feature. Being curious, I searched for different words, amongst others for Innovation Management. The result is quite surprising (I expected Malaysia, Singapore, Ireland, but not South Africa leading the crowd):
