More business terms from the yet so different Asian culture (Kaizen, Guanxi, etc) that made its entrance into business literature: Shukko which is japanese and stands for employee transfers between companies in order to learn from each other. This assumes high levels of mutual trust, which is not often found in Western organisational cultures.
Keiretsu is - according to wikipedia - a Japanese term for a set of companies with interlocking business relationships and shareholdings.
