neues Wort, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Three prinicpal methods of ADR (in CODEattac):
- Arbitration -> third party makes a decision that is binding to both parties.
- Mediation -> neutral third party without authority to issue binding decisions.
- Negotiation -> no third party involved.
